Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will design and execute education programs across Evolus’ aesthetic portfolio for multiple markets. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance and Operations to deliver timely, on-brand learning experiences that boost HCP confidence and product adoption. You’ll manage end-to-end education initiatives, coordinate live and digital trainings, and ensure compliance and budget alignment. This position offers cross-functional impact, global reach, and the chance to shape professional education in a fast-growing company.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute signature education programs across multiple marketsOwn end-to-end execution for education initiatives: plans, timelines, budgets, approvals, reportingCoordinate logistics for live trainings, workshops, congress activities, and digital eventsDevelop educational materials (agendas, slide decks, workbooks, facilitator guides) aligned with brand standards and complianceSupport KOL/faculty engagement: speaker contracting, onboarding, and event prep;
maintain faculty databaseBuild omnichannel learning journeys across digital and in-person touchpoints;
assist modular content build-outCollect and analyze program metrics (attendance, satisfaction, learning outcomes, follow-ups) and provide actionable insightsAlign education calendars with commercial priorities with Sales, Finance, and OperationsMonitor education trends and identify opportunities to enhance Evolus’ education experienceSupport local heads of marketing in implementing the global education strategy and ensure local content alignment with PRBTravel 25%-40% internationally for trainings, congresses, and stakeholder engagementQualifications4+ years in professional education, training, or customer learning programs (preferably for healthcare providers)Strong project management across multiple workstreams, budgets, and stakeholders in a matrixed environmentAbility to collaborate across functions and with external agencies, vendors, and facultyKnowledge or strong interest in aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices, or related healthcare fields;
comfortable in regulated environmentsData-driven with ability to track metrics, derive insights, and suggest improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication;
fluent in English and adaptable to diverse audiencesProficiency with digital learning and collaboration tools;
