About The Role & Team
As a Project Coordinator based in Truccazzano (Italy), you will be part of the CCM (a SITA company), working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues and customers across the globe. In this role, you will leverage your strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset to coordinate and facilitate a wide range of activities. You enjoy working with diverse teams and are skilled at building effective relationships across cultures and functions. Your ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and keep projects on track will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery.
What You Will Do
- Support the Project Manager in tracking activities and deliverables through to completion
- Submit and coordinate change requests and purchasing activities
- Perform all follow-up work needed to ensure changes are completed as planned, goods are received, and payments are completed as scheduled
- Create and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutes with clarity and accuracy
- Generate resource utilisation reports, risks and issues reports, and status reports for stakeholders
- Produce monthly portfolio, programme, or project performance reports through to lessons learned documentationConduct research on topics and issues that support assigned project work
- Analyse and review past project documentation to inform current project activities
- Collect and consolidate Customer Satisfaction Survey results
- Research improvement activities that can have a positive effect on assigned project work
Qualifications About Your Skills
- Demonstrated ability to support project managers in coordinating deliverables and tracking activities across multiple workstreams
- Proven experience producing accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications
- Ability to write clearly and concisely, translating complex project information into accessible documentation
- Experience coordinating purchasing activities and managing change request processes
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to consolidate findings and present actionable insights
- Effective communicator who can engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- A degree in Business, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
- Formal project management training or certification
- Experience working within an IT solutions or airline industry environment
