Project engineering manager secondary distribution & products

Experteer Overview You will lead project engineering and planning for MV switchgear within Siemens Electrification and Automation in Milan. You will coordinate procurement, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. You will own both technical and financial aspects, including P&L, and support aftersales as needed. Retribuzione / Benefits Project Engineering & Planning: configure and cost MV switchgear; draft schedules and forecasts; monitor stock and plan replenishments Procurement & Order Management: manage orders for MV equipment and charging stations; prepare specs; attend FATs Cross-functional & Supplier Coordination: maintain communication with factories/subcontractors; align with procurement, commissioning, and sales Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: provide basic technical support; coordinate aftersales with specialists; influence decision-makers Project Execution & Delivery: ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines; manage customer requirements and issues with sales team Financial Accountability: own technical and financial Aspects including profit and loss tracking Responsabilità Good knowledge of electrical plants, especially MV distribution networks Experience in project management Bachelor in Electrical Engineering General knowledge of Auto CAD and SAP Available for national and occasional international travel Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy Requisiti fondamentali hybrid work wifi reimbursement flexible welfare programs health insurance accident insurance free on-site lunch #J-18808-Ljbffr
