Experteer Overview

You will lead project engineering and planning for MV switchgear within Siemens Electrification and Automation in Milan. You will coordinate procurement, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. You will own both technical and financial aspects, including P&L, and support aftersales as needed. Retribuzione / Benefits

• Project Engineering & Planning: configure and cost MV switchgear; draft schedules and forecasts; monitor stock and plan replenishments
• Procurement & Order Management: manage orders for MV equipment and charging stations; prepare specs; attend FATs
• Cross-functional & Supplier Coordination: maintain communication with factories/subcontractors; align with procurement, commissioning, and sales
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: provide basic technical support; coordinate aftersales with specialists; influence decision-makers
• Project Execution & Delivery: ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines; manage customer requirements and issues with sales team
• Financial Accountability: own technical and financial Aspects including profit and loss tracking

Responsabilità

• Good knowledge of electrical plants, especially MV distribution networks
• Experience in project management
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• General knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP
• Available for national and occasional international travel
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Eligibility to work in Italy
