To support our growth ambitions in Italy, we are looking for a talented Financial Planning Analyst, who will join our Administration, Finance & Control team in Milan (Via Chiese 72). You will report to the Financial Planning Manager and you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on cash flow during the end‑of‑month closing, budgeting processes and rolling forecast activity. What will you do? Support the forecast, end‑month closing, and reporting processes for cash flow, working capital, and related key performance indicators. Contribute to rolling forecast cycles, analyzing actual performance against targets and explaining key variances. Prepare detailed financial analyses and management reports to support monthly reviews. Monitor financial and operational performance trends, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement actions. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility. Collaborate with accounting and business teams to ensure data consistency and timely delivery of planning and reporting inputs. Support process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and performance reporting activities. Why you? Degree in Economics or equivalent University qualification. Experience in cash flow management. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP (FI‑CO). Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English. Experience in the energy sector is considered a plus.
