Overview
In this role you drive cross-functional planning initiatives across Europe, shaping strategic planning capabilities within the supply chain. You collaborate with Demand, Supply, S&OP, IT and Finance, plus external partners, to deliver programs and transform planning processes. You will be a planning subject matter expert in regional transformations and manage tool adoption, data visualization, and training. You report to senior sponsors and ensure timely, high-quality execution with clear stakeholder updates. This position offers impact across countries and the chance to shape planning maturement in a global consumer goods context.
Responsibilities
Align with cross-functional and external stakeholders to deliver project tasks
Act as planning SME in regional transformation initiatives
Track milestones and risks to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Lead user acceptance testing and hypercare for planning tools (o9, S4H)
Support creation and improvement of Power BI reporting and Excel templates for o9
Standardize and optimize planning processes, tools, and reporting across countries
Execute training with local planning teams
Provide updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors
Qualifications
Degree in related field
7–10 years’ experience in a similar role
Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes
Project management expertise (Agile, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma)
Experience in process design and change implementation
Power BI and Planning systems (S$H) are a must
Knowledge of o9 is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured and proactive problem-solving
Comfortable working in a virtual, cross-border environment
