Dematic is looking for a Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio. He/she will be working in order to ensure that all intercompany projects are delivered on-time, according to scope of supply and within budget. Tasks and Qualifications: Main activities:

Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Coordinate resources across the Center of Excellence (Engineering, Procurement, On site activities)

Monitor manufacturing status in collaboration with Factory Manager

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Manage the relationship with the internal client and all stakeholders

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project reporting

Risk management

Who are we looking for? A candidate with the following features:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field

2-3 years of working experience as a project manager

An experience in the logistics automation market will be a plus

Fluent in written and spoken English. Second language (German / Spanish) is a plus

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Available to travel both in Italy and abroad (30% of time)

PMP certification is a plus
