As Project Manager - Finance Transformation, you bridge Product/Business and Finance to integrate features into Satispay’s financial ecosystem. You lead end-to-end transformation initiatives focused on tax compliance, billing engines, and front-end finance management to scale infrastructure. You collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting to deliver compliant, automated processes. This role offers ownership of impactful, cross-functional programs that shape how finance supports growth. Act as the primary Finance stakeholder in product development cycles, defining and implementing billing, tax, and accounting requirements from concept to launch Lead fiscal, VAT, and regulatory compliance initiatives for new products across European jurisdictions ensuring proper data capture in front-end and billing systems Supervise and optimize billing engine flows for new business lines for automated, accurate invoicing across B2B and B2C Own and enhance financial front-end processes ensuring accurate reconciliation between core platform and back-office accounting systems Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting teams to scope projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery Identify opportunities to automate manual financial workflows triggered by new product launches to improve scalability Manage processes and serve as the point of contact for welfare products and future developments Responsabilità

5+ years of experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant in Finance Transformation, FinTech Operations, or financial systems implementation Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing systems, and VAT/tax logic for digital products or payments Proactive mindset with ability to work in dynamic environments, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines Ability to independently manage complex cross-functional projects and drive finance readiness for new product launches Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex data structures; familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP S/4HANA a plus) or SQL/data tools Requisiti fondamentali
