Part of the MoOngy Group, Agap2 operates across Europe in 14 countries providing engineering and plant engineering consulting services. Since 2018, Agap2 Italy has been active in the following sectors: Energy, Oil & Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction.
We are looking for a QA/QC Coordinator with solid experience in the Oil & Gas sector to support complex EPC projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, ensuring that project processes and deliverables comply with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
- Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System (QMS) according to company and project standards.
- Prepare, review, and approve quality documentation such as Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and procedures.
- Coordinate QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel involved in project activities.
- Monitor inspections, tests, and verification activities during fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Interface with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams regarding quality-related matters.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
- Track quality performance and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the preparation of the final quality documentation and project dossiers (Manufacturing Record Book / Quality Dossier).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical diploma with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Experience with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), audits, inspections, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and other industry regulations.
- Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
The salary for this role ranges from €40.000 to €70.000
The position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company.
The final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
In exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
