We are currently supporting a highly distinctive luxury fashion brand in the search for a senior 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍 profile based in Milan.

The role will oversee the full quality process across luxury apparel categories, working closely with atelier, production and product teams.

Key responsibilities include:

quality control throughout production phases

participation in fittings and technical reviews

supervision of external suppliers and laboratories

PPS and pre-production sample validation

defect analysis and corrective actions

final quality checks before warehouse delivery

ensuring brand quality standards across all collections

We are looking for someone with:

strong luxury/fashion background

deep knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and finishing

xdwybme hands-on sewing skills and understanding of industrial machinery

exceptional attention to detail

experience within high-end Made in Italy environments
