R: Method & Process Integration Expert

In this role, you represent the business voice for tools and processes within your area of expertise, ensuring tool performance and prioritizing issues with key users. You will drive process efficiency, support digital project deployment, and oversee GSI/ERP maintenance and evolution. You’ll train and mobilize the KU network, coordinate change activities, and manage crisis mitigation related to applications. This position sits at the intersection of business needs and digital transformation, helping Alstom scale its process excellence in a fast-paced mobility context. Support process efficiency through methodology implementation and KPI monitoring Specify and deploy digital projects in line with digital strategy and initiatives Lead and support Key Users as Level-2 functional support and collect experience feedback Ensure GSI/ERP maintenance and evolutions, manage key user community and coordinate releases Coordinate crisis mitigation for operational issues, including communications and workaround strategies Consolidate training materials, assess training needs, and organize sessions Promote Methodologies deployment across M&PI experts and KU network via regular meetings Degree in Engineering or equivalent Basic knowledge of business analysis Familiarity with IT tools Understanding of industrial processes Fluent English (written and spoken) Interest in railway and service industries Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork Positive attitude toward change and continuous learning In this role, you represent the business voice for tools and prioriti…
