Provide strategic direction to External Occupational Health services in Italy, ensuring compliant and high-quality support Serve as the OH subject matter expert, guiding internal stakeholders and liaising with local authorities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting workplace health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and local regulations Define, monitor, and report health metrics to GMH leadership to measure program success and inform strategy Oversee proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of workplace health risks, developing programs to safeguard well-being Qualifications

Professional proficiency in English (C1 CEFR) Medical Degree Occupational Health Specialty
