Run the reliability studies at the engineering core of a refinery Digital Twin programme.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will perform Criticality Analysis, FMEA/FMECA, RCM and RBD/RAM simulations, defining maintenance strategies and predictive policies from failure history and OREDA data.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Define criticality criteria and the weighted matrix; run the plant-wide assessment and classify assets
- Facilitate FMEA/FMECA workshops on critical systems and document failure modes
- Conduct RCM studies and optimize tasks, intervals and maintenance policies
- Define the maintenance strategy and predictive/condition-based policies
- Build RBD models and Monte Carlo RAM simulations; identify bottlenecks and bad actors
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent)
- 5+ years in reliability engineering in process plants / oil & gas
- Hands-on FMECA/RCM facilitation and RAM modelling
- Standards: SAE JA1011/JA1012, ISO 14224, OREDA
- Tools: RAM/RBD software (Reliability Workbench, BlockSim, Maros/Taro or equivalents), FMECA tools, EAM/CMMS
NICE TO HAVE
- CRE (ASQ) certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of ENI internal procedures or proprietary RCM methodologies
LOCATION
Office or at Clients premises in Italy.
