We invite you to join a team of technically trained support engineers delivering day‑to‑day remote telephone support services for Agilent’s Life Science and Chemical Analysis customers. As a Remote Support Engineer you will provide technical support to our external customers (through phone, e‑mail, chat or social media) utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities, focusing on our chromatography (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS and others) to reduce customer downtime and identify repair strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify customer issues and provide a high level of reactive and proactive technical services in support of Agilent’s product portfolio. Ensure customer satisfaction by guiding, assisting and training users on maintenance and configurations. Remote troubleshooting of hardware and software. Provide problem resolution to optimise the efficiency and uptime availability of customer systems. Qualifications University degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences‑based discipline. Hands‑on experience (internship, apprenticeship, university projects or first postgraduate experience…) with chromatography and analytical techniques such as GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS. Full proficiency in English and Italian. On a personal level you are autonomous, outgoing and customer‑oriented. You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, have great communication and interpersonal skills, a real can‑do attitude, and strong planning and organisational skills. This is a hybrid position based in our offices in Milan (Cernusco sul Naviglio), with partial work from home (2 days a week). The position is full‑time with a weekly schedule.
