Overview SPEED & SPIRIT are core values at PUMA. This role supports retail operations with a focus on customer service, sales performance, and adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines in a dynamic and sporty environment. Responsibilities Processare responsabilmente la merce in entrata mediante un'accurata gestione del magazzino. Processare accuratamente le vendite in cassa. Garantire alti standard di customer service secondo i valori del marchio PUMA. Assicurare il raggiungimento di performance di vendita personali e del negozio, KPI e redditività mediante un efficace customer service. Eseguire e mantenere tutte le linee guida del Visual Merchandising secondo i criteri PUMA. Ambizione nel constatare opportunità di prodotto e comunicarle al management team. Qualifications Candidati/e iscritti/e alle liste di collocamento obbligatorio (L- 68/99) sono i/le benvenuti/e. Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel mondo Retail e passione per il brand PUMA. Personalità orientata al cliente, amichevole e affidabile. Portato/a per il lavoro di squadra e con capacità di comunicazione eccellenti. Capacità di offrire elevati livelli assistenza ai clienti e abilità nell’apprendimento veloce. Buona conoscenza informatica e dei programmi MS. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
