This role sits at the core of revenue decision-making, combining strategic thinking, analytical depth, and executional leadership to shape the growth trajectory of a global, fast-scaling organization. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics, driving high-impact initiatives that influence executive priorities and long-term business direction. The position requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, solve ambiguous business challenges, and ensure alignment across revenue-driving functions. With direct exposure to C-level stakeholders, your insights will directly shape strategic decisions and business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment where autonomy and impact are central.
Accountabilities
Identify and define high-impact revenue growth opportunities using data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder input
Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business performance and uncover strategic opportunities
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and C-level audiences
Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, from problem framing and hypothesis development through execution and impact measurement
Partner with senior stakeholders to secure alignment, influence decision-making, and drive execution across the organization
Act as a strategic thought partner to revenue and business leaders, supporting resolution of complex commercial challenges
Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively identify and shape high-priority business initiatives
Continuously monitor business performance and recommend improvements to optimize revenue growth outcomes
Requirements
Strong background in strategy consulting, business operations, corporate development, or growth roles in high-growth or scale-up environments
Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges
Proven experience driving end-to-end strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable business recommendations
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Strong leadership mindset with high ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global organizations
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of SaaS and B2B software markets is highly desirable
