About the Role
Location: Amsterdam, Hamburg, Madrid, Milan, Paris

Reporting to: European International Customers & Alliances Director
The RGM Lead International European Customers & Alliances will act as a pricing thought leader in Europe, by delivering analytics services to the European Customer Managers and relevant senior stakeholders. In this role, you’ll be working closely with local RGM and commercial finance to increase the defensibility of prices.
Retailers and Buying Alliances margin are under pressure due to discounter and e-commerce growth and consumer demanding high quality at low prices.
Every year Diageo needs to mitigate future price and terms (Trade & Payment) harmonization risks, and improve margin by raising the floor in terms of its prices.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building a strong business relationship with RGM, Finance and Sales stakeholders at all levels (local + central)
- Acting as a Pricing & Terms leader in Europe creating awareness and understanding to narrow the risks.
- Leading defensibility analysis for the Region and Markets (Price, Trade and Cash terms)
- Creating and maintaining the Heatmap model for IC&A Team to support decision making
- Creating and maintaining the Outliers model to drive and support Europe Risk Management initiatives.
- Supporting the Commercial Teams to embed the IC&A planning into the negotiation and JBP's process.
- Driving the improvement of defensibility of prices in Europe across all channel and countries through financial analyses by fully engaging the Market RGM & Finance teams.
About You Must Have
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and process management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions
- Strong and broad track record in RGM
- Ability to work remotely without losing the engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient English
