Experteer Overview As Sales Application Specialist Microbiology, you drive customer adoption of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics instruments through demonstrations, installation, and expert clinical applications support. You work with regional teams to protect and grow the installed base, ensuring efficient instrument use and high customer satisfaction. You apply critical thinking to resolve clinical application issues and train customers and Sales Reps. Your role combines hands‑on technical delivery with cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving diagnostics environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Support pre-sales and post-sales demonstrations, instrument operation training, and installation assistance Collaborate with regional and local teams to protect, maintain, and grow business and installed base Communicate technical and clinical information to ensure effective instrument use Drive continuous improvement of activities and processes to add value and monitor customer satisfaction Identify new customer needs and provide solutions beyond initial requests Manage existing accounts and exceed sales growth targets for instruments and reagents Responsabilità Master Degree in Biomedical or equivalent; Microbiology Master Degree preferable 2+ years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent Willingness to travel up to 85% with driving license (Italy and abroad) Fluent in English and Italian; good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
