Sales Representative - Automotive & Specialty CoatingsMultinational Chemical Company
THE ROLE
Manage a portfolio of customers, in a designated area, to execute sales plan;
Promotes a positive company image and develops long‑term relations with the customers;
Plans own visit schedule with the assigned Technical Representative;
Screen customer base for new opportunities;
Identify and develop new customers;
Regularly monitor sales against agreed targets and, if necessary, implement the corrective actions;
Analyzes the customer feedback /information on present as well as future market trends;
Cooperates with the other departments in the implementation of approved SMU service solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
University‑educated or “Diploma’’ level
4 years of experience in the automotive sector B2B field
Fluent English (oral and written)
Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP) systems
Strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Good team worker
Analytical approach to problem solving
Basic knowledge relating to health and safety matters under the current Italian legislation
