SAP Data Migration Lead - Italian

Minimum 10 to 12 years of SAP Data Migration experience with exposure to SAP functional Modules.

Extensive knowledge in more than one of the following areas:

• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for migration activities.
• Develop and lead the overall SAP data migration strategy.
• Good speaking knowledge of Local Language - Italian will be added advantage.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand data requirements.
• Manage data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate manual and automated data loads using tools like LSMW, LTMC, SAP Migration Cockpit, ALE, and SAP BODS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues.
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS) will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in ETL tools (SAP BODS, LSMW, Migration Cockpit).
• Experience with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Should have sound knowledge of Data Migration and Cut over Activities.
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and master data management.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and travel if required.
• Proactive thinking and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• S4 HANA/SAP FICO Certifications
• Experience in Utility Industry
• Exposure to working in Agile Methodology
