Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Promote Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices across teams and stakeholders. Support teams in achieving Sprint Goals and improving delivery effectiveness. Identify, manage, and remove impediments that may impact team performance and delivery. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritisation activities, and sprint preparation. Foster collaboration between Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams. Monitor team performance, delivery progress, Agile metrics, and overall sprint execution. Drive transparency, accountability, and effective communication within Agile teams. Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalating issues when required. Support release planning, coordination activities, and delivery management. Facilitate workshops and promote continuous learning, feedback, and innovation. Encourage teams to continuously improve processes, collaboration models, and delivery practices. Soft Skills Proactive, hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset. Ideal Profile The ideal candidate is a trusted Agile partner who can drive collaboration, remove obstacles, support delivery execution, and create alignment between Business and IT stakeholders in a complex international insurance transformation environment. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach or similar. Proven experience working in Agile environments within complex organisations. Experience supporting cross‑functional teams delivering IT transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, principles, and methodologies. Experience collaborating with both Business and IT stakeholders. Previous experience in international and multicultural environments. Ability to operate effectively in complex transformation programmes. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Experience with Sprint Planning, delivery management, and Agile execution. Experience supporting backlog refinement and Product Owner activities. Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery tracking. Experience in risk, dependency and impediment management. Strong facilitation and workshop management skills. Ability to manage conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and similar platforms. Preferred Experience Previous experience in the Insurance industry. Experience working on Digital Transformation programmes. Experience managing Agile delivery within distributed and international teams. Experience supporting Product Owners and Business Analysts. Knowledge of Document Management or Input Management initiatives. Language English – fluent (mandatory). German is considered a strong advantage. Location Milan – Hybrid and available to travel. Contract Full Time Economics. Salary The Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranges between €45,000 and €55,000, depending on experience, skills, and level of autonomy required. Employment framework defined in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
