As a Senior Account Executive, you will expand Airbnb’s hotel partners by converting leads into net-new supply across Italy and Greece. You’ll own a full sales funnel, close deals, and drive market launches while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You’ll shape the Hotels category’s growth by securing inventory and promoting value to boutique hotels. This role blends strategic outreach with hands‑on dealmaking in a fast‑growing, guest‑centric business.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed region‑specific KPIs (Italy and Greece) and drive performance
Prospect and qualify new hotel partners through research, networking, and tools
Negotiate, close, and secure net‑new hotel supply
Articulate Airbnb’s value proposition via phone, email, and in‑person interactions
Add net‑new hotels by moving leads through the funnel efficiently
Identify and launch new markets, supporting lead generation and cross‑functional coordination
Support onboarding for won sales opportunities
Implement scalable strategies to maximize impact across hotel partners
Build and maintain strong partner relationships with hotel and serviced apartment operators
Qualifications
8+ years of sales or account management experience in a fast‑growing startup, tech, or hospitality
Hospitality experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail‑oriented yet fast‑paced
Strong relationship‑building and influence abilities
Balance day‑to‑day work with strategic execution
Quick learner, willing to take calculated risks to achieve goals
Willingness to travel ~30%
