Originate new business in the intermediary segment Collaborative approach with other wholesale team’s member Define the team strategy alongside the Country Head Define market pricing ranges and participate actively to pricing negotiations Work with the local client services and retail team to better align JHI interest and success Support the completion of RFPs for dedicated opportunities and provide guidance regarding any customer-specific structuring of products Support the whole customer decision-making process Maintain regular contact with decision-makers such as CIO, Fund Managers, Fund Analysts, Product Managers and any other role included in the decision-making process Collaborate with Investment Managers, CPM, Product Specialists internally to address the institutional client needs Carry out additional duties as assigned What to expect when you join our firm

Highly organized and structured Fluent in Italian and English Strong relationship network in the wholesale market Proven ability of working well in team Nice to have skills

Strong investment knowledge Strong experience in sales in the wholesale segment Expert knowledge of Fixed Income, ETFs and Private Credit Supervisory responsibilities

Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets Understanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti-money laundering Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is EUR 110,000 - 160,000. Individual compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
