We are seeking a Mid - Senior level Lawyer for a first class law firm in Milan. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and is bar admitted, with a focus on Structured Finance & Derivatives. You will practice in Milan within a well regarded Structured Finance & Derivatives team, assisting clients with financing and related regulatory and transactional matters across debt capital markets, structured finance, real estate finance, acquisitions and corporate finance.
