Senior Brand Manager Oncology Jefferson Wells, on behalf of an international pharma company, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager Oncology to develop, propose and implement the annual marketing plan for the products under its own responsibility, defined by Global Marketing and local BUD, to increase sales and profitability.

The mission Develop, propose and implement the annual Marketing plan for the products under its own responsibility, defined by Global Marketing and local BUD, to increase sales and profitability. Coordinate the synergy between Marketing and Field by promoting the implementation of the strategy and its follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for oncology products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and Commercial teams

Drive product lifecycle management, including launch planning and execution for new oncology assets

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance

Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns tailored to stakeholders in the oncology ecosystem (HCPs, KOLs, institutions)

Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular insights and strategic recommendations

Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders in the oncology field

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company policies

Qualifications

Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably Life Sciences or Economics

At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within Oncology

Proven experience in product launches and/or lifecycle management

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly regulated environment

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
