YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to join
Kirey Advisory , supporting clients in the
Financial Services
industry, with a particular focus on
Wealth Management
and
Banking . The successful candidate will be involved in organizational transformation, business process optimization, and Project Management initiatives, working alongside leading Italian and international banking institutions. You will collaborate closely with business and project stakeholders, contributing to the definition and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business value and support clients in achieving their objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support consulting projects within the Wealth Management and Private Banking domains.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable project initiatives and solutions.
Manage and monitor project activities, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and the achievement of project objectives.
Analyze business processes, operating models, and organizational structures, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management, facilitating communication between business needs and project solutions.
Prepare project documentation, executive presentations, reports, and management deliverables.
Contribute to strategic initiatives related to innovation, digital transformation, and business process improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
At least
3 years of experience
in a consulting firm or on projects within the
Financial Services
sector.
Strong knowledge of
Wealth Management
and
Private Banking .
Proven experience in
Project Management
and project coordination.
Solid understanding of organizational models, business processes, and operational procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders using the terminology and dynamics of the financial services industry.
Familiarity with topics such as
Asset Allocation , management reporting tools, sales network performance monitoring, and Wealth Management operating models.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Economics, Finance , or a related discipline.
Experience or knowledge in areas such as
Innovation, Digital Channels, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, IT, banking regulations (e.g. CRD VI), or M&A Business Cases
will be considered a strong advantage.
Previous experience with leading Italian or international banking institutions (e.g.
Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit, BMED, BNP Paribas, Santander ) is highly desirable.
Excellent English proficiency ( minimum B2, C1 preferred ) with the ability to work confidently in English with clients, during meetings, and in written deliverables.
Availability to work in
Milan
and travel domestically and internationally when required.
