Experteer Overview In this role you drive new business growth for the Consumer, Retail & Fashion sector in Italy, shaping the sector strategy and leading a small BD team. You manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract handover, build trust with clients, and translate insights into solutions that support customer success. You will work cross-functionally to align with regional strategy and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Retribuzione / Benefits Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities Prepare commercial offers and lead customer presentations and negotiations Manage all stages of the sales cycle from meetings to implementation handover Support existing customers and contract renewals when needed Support sector strategy development at national level in coordination with regional leadership Conduct competitor and market intelligence for B2 B, B2 C, and e Commerce models Monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports Responsabilità University Degree in Economics or Engineering Significant experience in Business Development and Sales Strong expertise within Consumer / Retail / Fashion sectors Knowledge of warehouse operations, transport, and logistics solutions English: advanced / upper intermediate Strong commitment to understanding and anticipating customer needs and delivering solutions that drive customer success Analytical, creative, and owner mindset to transform challenges into opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
