About the role We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative

to play a key role in strengthening our go-to-market execution in Italy.

This is not a standard SDR role. You won’t just execute, you will help shape how SDR works in Italy being responsible for building strong working relationships with Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective execution across the lead-to-opportunity process.

You will act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring that leads are engaged effectively, qualified properly, and transformed into real business opportunities.

At the same time, you will help elevate the SDR approach by bringing structure, tools, and best practices.

What do you have to offer?

3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development / BDR / SDR roles in B2B environments

Proven track record in lead qualification and meeting generation

Outreach / sequencing tools

Solid understanding of multi-channel outreach and social selling

Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve performance

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable taking ownership

Experience in HR, Payroll or professional services is a plus

Fluent in Italian and English

Which tasks can you expect?

Manage and qualify inbound leads (events, webinars, campaigns, website)

Engage prospects quickly and effectively through multi-channel outreach

Book qualified meetings for the sales team

Ensure proper qualification aligned with sales expectations

Multi‑channel Outreach & Pipeline Generation

Design and execute structured outreach sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn)

Apply social selling techniques to engage target accounts

Support targeted outbound initiatives on high‑value accounts (ABM approach)

SDR Process & Performance Optimization

Define and improve follow‑up processes and conversion workflows

Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, speed to lead, meeting quality)

Use SFDC actively to track, analyze, and optimize performance

Work closely with Marketing to ensure effective follow‑up of campaigns

Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

Collaborate with Sales to refine qualification criteria and targeting

Team Enablement & Best Practices

Support the adoption of modern SDR practices within the local team

Share knowledge on tools, messaging, and outreach strategies

Act as a reference point for improving daily execution
