Descrizione:
Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Design and develop KPI dashboards to monitor business performance
Improve forecast accuracy by partnering with Sales, Trade & Marketing teams
Ensure alignment between demand and commercial targets
Integrate S&OP with financial planning in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner
Requirements
Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
+3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, F&A, Sales or related field
Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
