Job OverviewSenior Cost Controller for Supply Chain & HR supporting the Finance team under the CFO. Responsibilities include cost analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business review.Responsibilities
Monthly close: reconcile data from multiple systems, verify variances, update product cost, and monitor allocation of supply‑chain costs.Reporting & analysis: prepare FTE reports, personnel cost analysis, SG&A expense analysis, support the income statement for Supply Chain, and generate materials for business reviews.Profitability analysis: conduct full product, channel, and customer profitability studies and evaluate new business opportunities.Planning & forecasting: participate in the annual budget definition, manage the quarterly forecast process, and collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Operations for data verification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering.Experience in cost control or management accounting, preferably in structured manufacturing environments.Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, SAP BI, Qubes, Oscar).Good written and verbal English.Knowledge of monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and ability to read industrial & managerial P&L.Strong analytical skills, precision, deadline orientation and excellent communication in cross‑functional teams.
