The role focuses on cost management, estimating, CAPEX planning and project controls to keep delivery aligned with budget and schedule. Key duties include developing cost reports, forecasting funds, managing change orders and reflecting cost data across reports and dashboards. 5–10 years in the field and experience with SAP/Power BI are preferred.
