As Senior Data Analyst in the Data & AI team, you will lead geospatial analytics projects across climate, nature and social themes and mentor junior analysts. You’ll partner with ESG and other stakeholders to design robust spatial datasets, build web GIS applications, and translate geospatial data into actionable insights for investment and reporting. You’ll establish standardized geospatial workflows, ensure data quality and governance, and support the company’s digital transformation and sustainability goals. This role offers impact across portfolio due diligence, ESG reporting, and data-driven decision making, within a global, technology-led organization. International scope (8+ countries) Annual discretionary bonus Opportunities to learn and grow Supportive team culture Lead spatial and environmental analysis across ESG topics, integrating diverse datasets to identify constraints, risks and opportunities; translate complex geospatial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Design, build and maintain dashboards and web applications using ArcGIS Online/ESRI; produce clear cartographic outputs for operational and strategic reporting. Champion geospatial data quality, governance, standardized workflows, documentation, and mentoring of junior analysts to foster technical excellence. Own and manage spatial and ESG datasets, ensure data quality, integrity and GDPR/compliance; collaborate with Data Engineering & Data Governance when relevant. Identify opportunities to automate analytics and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver geospatial solutions. Document methodologies and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing across the team. Support data governance by validating datasets, maintaining metadata, and aligning with internal standards and external ESG reporting requirements. Stay current with industry trends and technologies; proactively propose process/tool enhancements. 4–6 years of experience in data analytics or similar role Experience with ESRI products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online) and web GIS technologies Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) and scripting (Python, R); experience with FME and QGIS is a plus Proficient in SQL and Excel; data visualization skills with PowerBI or Thoughtspot Experience with data governance, GDPR/compliance in data handling Understanding of ESG, renewables, or environmental assessments and related workflows Strong communication skills in English; ability to present to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor or Master in Geography, GIS, or related field (or relevant equivalent) As Senior Data Analyst in the Data & AI team, you will lead geospatial analytics projects across climate, nature and social themes and m…
