Within the People Care team, we are looking for a Senior Development & Talent Management Professional.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Lead strategic talent and development projects from design to implementation;Design and deliver leadership, acceleration and career development initiatives;Support succession planning activities for strategic positions;Partner with stakeholders to identify talent and development needs;Monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision making;Contribute to the evolution of talent management frameworks. Master degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or STEM fields;Strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management, HR analytics;7-8+ years of experience in Talent Management/ HR ro similar fields;fluent English (C1+). Soft Skills:Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels;Strong influencing skills.What we offerWe offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.Gross annual salary ranging between 57K and 67K.
