As Senior Director, Data you lead the end-to-end strategy for 1st‑party data, data products, and AI-enabled activation across digital channels. You guide senior data leaders and collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Legal, and external teams to scale consumer engagement and business impact. You’ll drive AI-powered personalization, automation, and advanced measurement to deliver measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to build scalable data capabilities and compliant data practices.

- Define and evolve the data collection, management, and activation strategy across the digital ecosystem in line with marketing and enterprise objectives
- Provide strategic direction for data products and activation roadmaps, with clear prioritization and cross‑team alignment
- Lead and develop senior data leaders and teams in data products, CRM, activation, and AI‑enabled marketing
- Define the vision for AI‑enabled consumer engagement, including personalization, predictive analytics, automation, and measurement frameworks
- Oversee scalable data collection frameworks across websites, apps, registrations, surveys, loyalty systems, and other digital touchpoints
- Guide data enrichment and identity strategies, including prudent use of third‑party data for segmentation and targeting
- Ensure end-to-end CRM, lifecycle marketing, and ecosystem activation are consistent and high‑performing across journeys
- Partner with Marketing, Media, Technology, Analytics, and external partners to align data, activation, and roadmaps
- Promote AI‑enabled, test‑and‑learn ways of working with experimentation and data‑informed decision making
- Oversee data governance, consent, and privacy in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure GDPR compliance and ethical data use
Responsabilità
- 12+ years in data, digital marketing, or marketing technology roles with senior leadership experience
- Proven ability to operate at strategic and executional levels translating goals into scalable data, tech, and activation strategies
- Experience leading cross‑functional, matrixed teams with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of first‑party data ecosystems, digital CRM, identity, personalization, and measurement; hands‑on exposure to Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer (or equivalents)
- Strong executive‑level understanding of data analytics, AI, automation, customer segmentation, and targeting for marketing and commercial impact
- Track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
