Experteer Overview
In this role you support BTS clients by shaping and delivering custom psychometric assessments across the talent lifecycle. You join a global TI&A practice that blends science with practical talent advisory, helping leaders optimize resources and decision making. You will lead content design, validation, and delivery of assessment solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients. Your work drives impact by identifying capabilities that enable better decisions and workforce outcomes. This role offers strategic influence within a dynamic, growth‑oriented culture.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Develop competency models and assessment content (exercises, tests, interviews, evaluation forms, feedback reports)
Design and deliver 360‑degree and other survey programs, including administration and analysis
Lead virtual and in‑person assessment delivery across multiple projects and regions
Conduct research and contribute to white papers/publications to advance best practices
Support high potential frameworks and advisory talent initiatives for clients
Collaborate across internal teams and regional leadership to manage complex projects with frequent client interaction
Responsabilità
Masters degree in psychology
Italian as native language
Excellent English skills
Senior level experience
Min 5–7 years in HR consultancy or 10+ years as a talent manager in the region
