You ensure the implementation of a robust commercial strategy and the commercial support of the project teams during the execution phase. /p pEnsure optimal customer experience from the first phases of construction of offers to the final delivery of the project and establish lasting relationships with our customers! /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul lipbMaintain and develop business relationships within client /b accounts, drive the positioning and value of client engagement to ensure consistent and professional experience for the client throughout projects /p /li lipTogether with the sales and pre-sales team, bidentify and manage engagement /b with all relevant external and internal partners /p /li lipRely on your commercial skills to bdevelop service contracts /b by ensuring that the project can be delivered within the objectives of time, budget and quality /p /li lipbLead the commercial negotiation of the Services with the client /b , in collaboration with the Sales teams, and clearly establish the conditions for implementing the project /p /li lipbSupport the company's "Move to Cloud" strategy /b by building adapted service offers /p /li lipAchieve bassigned service order and margin targets /b on existing and new named accounts /p /li lipbProvide presentations to customers /b to win new software and service opportunities /p /li lipWork with Service management to request and assign qualified and experienced resources to key Siemens project positions and ensure accurate organization for project execution /p /li
/ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul lipbBusiness acumen /b - running business as if it were your own business, with good risk management /p /li lipbAudacious /b : creativity in the construction of the response to the challenges of our customers /p /li lipbTeam spirit /b : recognizing the value of collaboration, favor the success of the group and listening to others /p /li lipDegree or equivalent experience in Engineering /p /li lipExperience in bestablishing or delivering service offers for Digitalization projects /b , within service or software companies /p /li lipbKnowledge of the PLM, CAD, MOM, ERP /b market /other industrial softwares. Familiarity of Siemens PLM product marketplace, knowledge of PLM tools and processes, preferably Teamcenter, is an asset /p /li lipIndustry knowledge of the bchallenges and the processes in bringing “products” to market /b and articulation PLM’s value in this process /p /li lipDeep understanding and experience in bcustomer processes of product development, process/production, maintenance /b /p /li lipbUnderstanding of /b bsoftware deployment and service delivery strategies /b (Agile, Waterfall, SAFE etc.) /p /li lipStrong communication skills in bItalian and English /b /p /li lipbGood ability to establish relationships, persuade /b and influence at all levels /p /li lipAdaptable and flexible; bquick response to requests /b /requirements /p /li
