Senior Finance & Investments Manager - Leadership Track

In this key role, you will drive the financial heartbeat of our company.

Your work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions,

securing high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector .

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A activities

Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financings

Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.

Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.

Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.

Conduct research, perform statistical analyses and ccollaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of working experience

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities

Experience in Project Finance and/or M&A

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks

Experience with a Big Four firm is a plus

Fluency in Italian and English
