As Senior Lead Semiconductor Analog Reliability & Quality Engineer, you ensure the reliability and automotive quality of APMS Analog products, focusing on new products and transfers. You will work with design, application, and product teams to plan, execute, and monitor qualification activities and test‑board definitions. You analyze data, drive root‑cause investigations, and deliver final reliability reports in line with ST procedures and customer requirements. You will support burn‑in and continuous improvement, strengthening automotive reliability compliance. Graduate in Electronics or Materials; Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 2–3 years in semiconductors Knowledge of electronic component reliability and qualification testing Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a matrix organization and interact with cross‑functional teams Good communication skills English required; Italian preferred Team and services‑oriented spirit
