ROLE OVERVIEW The senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling is responsible for defining and managing the product strategy and roadmap for the company’s data center cooling solutions. The role ensures that the product portfolio meets evolving market needs, remains technologically competitive, and aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. The position works closely with R&D, Technological Platform, and collaborates with Product Sales Management to support product positioning and go-to-market activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define the product strategy for the data center cooling portfolio. Translate market and customer needs into clear product development directions. Contribute to the definition of the mid and long-term technology roadmap. Identify opportunities for new product development or portfolio expansion. Product Requirements Define and maintain Product Requirements for new products and product enhancement. Ensure that developed solutions meet market expectations in terms of performance, efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Support R&D throughout the product development. Manage the product portfolio across its entire lifecycle, including: introduction growth maturity phase-out. Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and rationalization. CROSS FUNCTIONAL COOPERATION Cooperate with R&D, Operations, and Sales during product development and lifecycle management. Ensure alignment between technical development and business objectives. Monitor the evolution of the data center market and cooling technologies Track key trends such as: liquid cooling technologies energy efficiency requirements sustainability and decarbonization initiatives Regulatory frameworks and government policies affecting data center development REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field Experience 5-7 years of experience in: Product Management Product Development Experience in the following sectors is preferred: Critical infrastructure Data Center technologies TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Familiarity with one or more of the following is preferred: Air Cooled Chillers Chillers with Free Cooling Water Cooled Chillers Dry Coolers Air Handling Units CRAC / CRAH Fan Wall CDU Data Center infrastructures Industry standard KEY COMPETENCIES Product Management Skills Product Roadmap planning Analytical Skills Market analysis Opportunity assessment COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP Cross functional coordination & collaboration Ability to work across R&D and Sales teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
