Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact international projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment among global and local stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects across international markets
- Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, ROI, risk, and resource availability
- Manage brand portfolio across countries of responsibility
- Lead complex international projects from initiation through completion
- Establish, monitor and optimize project management frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and governance tools
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify growth opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance and support to local teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing, International Business Development, or Senior Project Management, preferably in FMCG
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Strong business acumen and capability to navigate complex corporate environments
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset, agility, and a strong drive for results
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
