Responsibilities
Lead high-impact international projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment among global and local stakeholders
Manage a portfolio of strategic projects across international markets
Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, ROI, risk, and resource availability
Manage brand portfolio across countries of responsibility
Lead complex international projects from initiation through completion
Establish, monitor and optimize project management frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and governance tools
Collaborate with regional teams to identify growth opportunities
Provide strategic guidance and support to local teams
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Marketing, International Business Development, or Senior Project Management, preferably in FMCG
Advanced Project Management skills
Strong business acumen and capability to navigate complex corporate environments
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset, agility, and a strong drive for results
Excellent presentation abilities
Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
