As Senior Regional Sales Manager for the Trauma division in Northern Italy, you own regional performance and lead a high-performing team to deliver sustainable growth. You forge strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, including KOLs, while driving both new and existing business. You’ll steer forecasting, pipeline and budget accountability, and collaborate across functions to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role offers high-impact leadership in a multinational, complex environment with significant travel.

- Own regional performance including sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers (including KOLs)
- Drive growth through existing accounts and new customer acquisition
- Manage direct reports and indirect channels (agents and distributors)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience across order-to-cash cycle
- Analyze performance data and implement targeted actions to improve results

Responsabilità
- 10+ years overall professional experience
- Strong people management experience (ideally 3+ years)
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver and exceed targets
- Experience in complex, structured environments (multinational preferred)
- Exposure to indirect channel management is a strong plus
- Background in medical devices / orthopaedics preferred, but open to strong leaders from other industries
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- High integrity and commitment to compliance and ethical standards
