Overview
Within the Group International Tax Affairs, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The role reports directly to the Head of International Tax Affairs in managing international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
Continuous monitoring of developments in international tax law (OECD, EU, local), assessing their impact on Group companies and proposing appropriate solutions
Provision of technical tax support on cross-border transactions, intra-group flows and specific tax projects involving the relevant geographic areas
Coordinate the Group companies in collecting information and documents related to Group Tax Affairs campaigns
Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors as needed to ensure the company's tax practices are in line with industry’s best practices and local regulations
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Degree in Economics or Law, a Master’s degree in Tax Law or an equivalent specialization and/or qualification as a Chartered Accountant is considered a plus
At least 5 years’ previous experience in International tax, preferably in a Big4 or gained in multinational environments
Proven knowledge of corporate and international taxation, corporate law, accounting, and general tax compliance
Fluent in Italian and English

Strong team-working attitude, proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving skills, proactivity in taking decisions and project management capabilities developed through the management of complex project initiatives
