Position Purpose

Develop the hunting activity for new business across the national territory to guarantee the acquisition of new SME & Corporate customers, supported by the tools and business processes applied in different ways for the various client types, pursuing the assigned objectives in terms of volume and profitability in line with the commercial strategy.

Contract type: Permanent.

Territory: Whole national territory with a particular focus on Lombardy.

Primary Activities

  • Guarantee the analysis, research and development of new customers profiled according to predefined criteria: geographic area, turnover, employees, fleet, orders, etc., and manage cold contact as well.
  • Ensure the identification of new opportunities and commercial agreements through available tools.
  • Prepare prospect lists through specific tools.
  • Identify referrers and decision‑makers of assigned/procured companies and manage first contact.
  • Manage, monitor and qualify leads (when necessary) using company tools.
  • Create your own contact network and prospects to increase new business through active referral.
  • Schedule a weekly agenda with visits to prospects/customers.
  • Hold periodic in‑person meetings to understand the prospect's needs and propose the best mobility solutions.
  • Create new prospect records within the company systems.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations to secure the prospect acquisition.
  • Handle tenders and prepare car policy and car lists for relevant prospects.
  • Negotiate within the authorization matrix to secure the best economic terms.
  • Make quotations through the dedicated systems (Miles/Quoter) and send commercial proposals to prospects/customers.
  • Process contracts so that the relevant department can forward vehicle orders.
  • Autonomously handle first‑evaluation, credit management, and resolve issues in approval processes and compliance.
  • Ensure achievement of defined sales and margin targets and continuously monitor KPIs.
  • Support customers' issues with the help of company departments (primarily Customer Service) to accelerate resolution via case opening or dedicated solutions.
  • Address complaints and information requests from customers and/or drivers.
  • Update information and data in management tools (e.g., Salesforce) regularly.
  • Support supervisors in transversal activities to continuously improve internal workflows and processes.
  • Take a proactive stance towards risks, report anomalies and risk situations, and propose mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens' policies.
