Experteer Overview
In questa ruolo, you will craft concept packaging and lead materials development for core and special edition packaging aligned with brand identity. You will work across luxury, premium, and entry segments, focusing on soft goods like textiles and leather, ensuring production-ready designs. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to refine prototypes from first mockups to final samples, shaping the collection and project outcomes. This role combines creative design with technical packaging execution in a global, inclusive environment.

Visualize and develop packaging concepts for core and special editions
Create original product designs compliant with targets and production requirements
Prototype development and 3D modeling; guide from initial mockups to pre‑production
Collaborate with PM, engineering, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Provide detailed specifications and feedback during fittings and production stages
Supervise adaptation of designs and manage final artwork files and samples
Maintain organized archives of concepts, samples, and materials
Interface with internal/external customers, assembly plants, and central functions during package development
Responsabilità
Educational background in fashion, product, accessories, or soft good design (field stated)
3–5 years of experience in packaging design or soft goods
Knowledge of packaging production processes and decoration techniques
Proficiency with design software (Adobe, 3D, AI Platform)
Experience with textiles or leather materials and luxury/premium contexts
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Hands‑on design capability and problem‑solving mindset
Fluent in Italian and English
