Southern europe luxury retail performance manager

LVMH Group is seeking a Retail Performance Manager for Southern Europe to enhance boutique performance and customer experience. You will report to the General Manager and ensure quality service across 35 boutiques. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in retail management, excellent data analytics skills, and a strategic mindset. You will manage training, optimize sales performance, and lead various retail initiatives. Fluency in English is required.
