Overview
We are looking for a driven and curious intern to join our team in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, creators, and media partners, gaining hands-on experience in creator management, content strategy, and product adoption within a fast-growing digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with creators, agencies, broadcasters, and internal teams to help shape how sports content is created, scaled, and monetized on platform.
Responsibilities
- Support Creators and Publisher Account Management: Partner closely with creators, agencies, broadcasters, and sports stakeholders to drive product adoption, unlock new monetization opportunities, and increase in-app engagement, while building scalable and efficient management frameworks
- Develop Education plans: Design and standardize high-impact educational assets to accelerate sports content supply and feature adoption, including playbooks, newsletters, case studies, and best practices tailored to different partner tiers
- Enable Creator Scalable Programs: Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable creator programs and activations that align with key moments in the sports calendar, maximizing high quality content supply
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively spot and unlock growth levers for creators and publishers by analyzing content gaps, audience trends, and product opportunities, translating them into actionable strategies
- Support Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance through data analysis and trend evaluation, surfacing clear, actionable insights to optimize content strategies, improve creator outcomes, and inform broader business decisions
Top-performing interns during the internship will be considered for full-time return offers, subject to business needs and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Based in Italy, fluent in Italian and business-level fluency in English are required; Spanish proficiency is needed to communicate and collaborate with Spanish-speaking creators.
- Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months, starting in June 2026
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Communications and Marketing.
- A strong passion for and deep understanding of current trends in Sports & Creator marketing ecosystems, alongside a solid grasp of TikTok's platform, creator dynamics, and community engagement
- Excellent organizational and data-tracking skills, detail-oriented and able to multitask independently
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to triage first-level inquiries regarding copyright or technical issues calmly and professionally
- Fast learner who is proactive, hardworking, and ready to adapt to TikTok's fast-paced culture
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Internships or school project experience in marketing, media, entertainment, or creator operations is a plus
- A good visual and design sense (helpful for promotional page layouts) is a strong plus
