Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts Deliver small‑scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements Communicate responses and value clearly to customers Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars) Provide one‑on‑one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator) Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews) Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s); stay updated on roadmap Engage with customers on industry practices and trends Help develop new programs to boost customer feature adoption Offer Office Hours for appointment‑based consulting and guidance Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities Provide one‑on‑one customer configuration designs Deliver deployments including full Workday feature implementations Travel up to 20% as needed Maintain high‑quality, proactive customer relationships Responsabilità

5+ years of IT implementation experience 5+ years of experience with HCM systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) 2+ years of software consulting experience Workday Certification or ability to certify in HCM Ability to understand Workday concepts and explain new features Strong ability to distill complex concepts into clear presentations Able to multitask across multiple engagements Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills Excellent verbal and written communication Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (as stated) Requisiti fondamentali
