Amazon Ads is the digital advertising arm of Amazon and one of our fastest growing businesses. We operate at the intersection of commerce, entertainment and advertising, offering unique advertising products and enterprise ad‑tech solutions across owned and third‑party platforms. This role is for a Senior Sales Lead who will drive the adoption of Twitch advertising to Amazon’s customers. You will partner with Account Executives, Agency Development Managers, and Go‑to‑Market specialists to create innovative, scalable advertising experiences that meet client goals and deliver measurable performance. Key Job Responsibilities

Develop proactive sales strategies and grow revenue opportunities across verticals. Scale Twitch GTM strategies and implement bespoke industry solutions. Provide vertical‑specific insights and collateral for sales teams. Collaborate with marketing teams to craft narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads offerings and align with customer objectives. Represent Amazon Ads at industry events to secure upfront and annual commitments. Drive decision‑making on goals and design scalable, long‑term solutions that solve client problems. Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver simple, tailored solutions for each customer. Advises senior leaders on overall business strategy.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience. 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience. Proven record of closing sales and generating revenue.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building new customer relationships. Experience closing sales and generating revenue in a programmatic environment. Strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and ability to engage C‑suite client contacts. Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is 132,200.00 – 198,200.00 CAD annually. Total compensation may include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
