Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will support the ENCAR Business line by delivering design, verification and study work on static equipment. You will coordinate technical activities, review client requirements, and manage supplier follow-up to ensure compliant, cost-efficient solutions. You contribute to detail engineering documents and optimize designs for performance. This is a cross-functional, international environment focused on energy transition and safety.

Perform design, verification or study tasks for storage tanks, air coolers, reactors, columns, vessels and shell-and-tube heat exchangers
Coordinate technical activities inside and outside Saipem, including reviewing client docs and controlling subcontracted engineering documents
Follow up with vendors after PO award and monitor supplies
Estimate item weights and costs
Prepare detail engineering documentation in line with process requirements and technical specs
Optimize technical solutions to reduce cost while meeting performance requirements
5+ years of proven experience in similar roles with international contractors/engineering companies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience with mechanical design software (PV Elite, Compress or similar) and general PC office tools
